Let the sun in. Feel the warmth and growth.
I am a clinical psychologist and I work with adults across the lifespan. There are many reasons to start therapy because everyone faces a unique set of challenges. I am dedicated to fully understanding what you struggle with and would like to improve upon. Having someone in your corner who is committed to you and devoted to building a trusting relationship with you feels gratifying and can be very powerful in and of itself. Beyond healing through building trust and stability, I am passionate about helping to find solutions and make changes. I will use my clinical experience, my life experience and my training to find an approach as unique as your circumstances. I am eclectic in my approach and will use a variety of evidence-based techniques to meet your individual needs.
I graduated from the Clinical doctoral program at George Mason University in 2002 with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I have worked with anxiety and developmental disorders in a research facility at NIMH, veterans within the VA system, seniors in rehab, assisted living and long-term care and I have been in private practice since 2015.
